Wisconsin Athletics is responsible for both funding in-state and out of state scholarships. Since Wisconsin Athletics is a self-sustaining entity, all athletic scholarships are funded through generous gifts from passionate and loyal alumni and friends.
Unrestricted gifts are the most vital to Wisconsin Athletics because they provide critical dollars for student-athlete scholarships, team travel, equipment and other team needs. Gifts for seating benefits should be allocated as unrestricted.
In an effort to equitably serve Wisconsin Athletics donors, the allocation process to determine priority for tickets and parking is based on two factors:
Donor rank is first determined by annual giving level. Below is the table of 2017 annual giving levels and includes the number of donors at each annual giving level as of December 31, 2016.
Within each annual giving level, donor rank is based on priority point rankings. Priority points are awarded based on the factors listed in the table below. Priority Points are only active for active donors.
